In the afternoon, the four princesses convened for, a surprise to many, a game of two-on-two poker, where each get their own cards, but the chips are shared between two players. Of course, they were not playing for cash earnings, just merely to pass the time. Of course, to spice things up, the winner got to decide what they would do for the afternoon.

Unfortunately for Twilight and Luna, they knew Celestia would more than likely have a good poker face, but they weren't expecting Cadance to throw them off each time as well. The game was lost within the hour, and Celestia and Cadance had free reign to decide what the afternoon itinerary was. The main event being a magic show performed by Luna and Twilight themselves, the two of them forced to wear a less than modest magician's uniform. But, at least it was only for the afternoon.
